Design and Manufacturing of Ship/Offshore Power Distribution Systems:
Design and manufacture marine electrical equipment suitable for ship and offshore environments, including medium and low-voltage main switchboards (MSB), emergency switchboards (ESB), distribution boxes (MCC, SDB), starters, shore power distribution boxes, and shore power socket boxes. All equipment meets corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and IP protection standards.
Design and Manufacturing of Ship/Offshore Control Systems:
Design and integrate systems such as Fire & Gas Detection (F&G), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Process Control System (PCS), Valve Remote Control (VRC), Level Telemetry System (LTS), and Engine Room Monitoring & Alarm System (AMS).
Design and Manufacturing of Hoist/Crane Electrical Control Systems:
Custom development and production of electrical control cabinets, power units, operator consoles, and complete electrical control systems for various types of lifting equipment.
Design, Production, and Manufacturing of Shore Power Inverter Systems:
Provide temporary shore power solutions for shipyards, designing and manufacturing dockside shore power systems that convert 50Hz utility power to 60Hz/50Hz power required by vessels, meeting special power requirements during berthing or new ship construction.
Design, Production, and Manufacturing of Dry Load Stations:
Provide shipyard load testing solutions, designing and manufacturing test load equipment for generators and UPS systems, including low and high voltage loads. Resistive loads simulate various operating conditions for generator performance testing and maintenance.
Design, Production, and Manufacturing of Motor and Electrical Test Panels:
Support repair and testing of onboard electrical equipment during ship maintenance. Equipped with a 60Hz power supply (200KVA) and 60/50Hz motor and electrical test panels in the electromechanical workshop. Test panels can accommodate 440V/60Hz and 380V/50Hz motors with separate output distribution panels and bypass switching devices for seamless operation.
R&D, Design, Production, and Manufacturing of Nuclear Power Electrical Control Systems:
Typical projects include spent fuel/nuclear fuel/graphite sphere loading devices, suction devices, feed hose devices, agitation devices, mobile camera units, vertical shaft temperature measuring devices, feed collection units, and residual heat discharge measurement systems. For example, the hose agitation device applies horizontal motion to the hose inlet above the fuel bed to improve suction efficiency, and this product has been granted a national utility model patent.
